Delivery
We offer the choice of first class or second class delivery and will generally send all orders placed before 12.00 noon on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon are generally sent out the following day. In addition, we can now offer courier delivery, which has the advantage that we can track the delivery and also that there is a 99.9% chance that next day delivery will be achieved. The Royal Mail only achieves 86% next day delivery on first class mail.
Carriage is calculated on the weight of the consignment and is based on three tiers for normal mail deliveries. Courier deliveries are independent of weight.
Light weight consignments:
(the majority of products and orders) will cost £0.85 second class or £1.50 first class for UK deliveries. European deliveries (within the EC) will cost £3.00 and International (non UK , non EC) £4.00.
Moderate weight consignments:
(usually 2 or 3 packs) will cost £1.50 second class or £2.00 first class for UK deliveries. European deliveries (within the EC) will cost £4.50 and International (non UK , non EC) £6.00.
Heavy weight consignments:
(usually more than 2 or 3 packs or more than 1 pack of heavy items such bottles of liquids or big multiple orders) will cost £2.50 second class or £3.00 first class for UK deliveries. European deliveries (within the EC) will cost £9.00 and International (non UK , non EC) £12.00.
Courier delivery:
This is independent of weight and is available only to mainland UK residents (not Northern Ireland , Isle of Man or Channel Islands ).
Normally, this will be £4.50 but during times of strikes by the Royal Mail we will offer this service for only £3.00.

Processing of money and orders
We carry good stocks of our product lines but occasionally, a stock item will run out usually due to a sudden rush of demand. If this is the case we will inform you by e-mail. If we are unable to send you the goods within 7 days of your order we will reimburse you the cost of your order at your request. If we are unable to get further stock of the item, then we will reimburse you in full and notify you of this by e-mail.
Returns
If, for any reason, a customer wishes to return goods to us, we will reimburse them for the value of the goods purchased less £1.50 and 5% of the value of the goods sent out. This is to cover our administration and packaging costs (our carriage charges are less than the actual cost of sending out the goods and banks charge us both for taking money and reimbursing money). Please note this policy only applies to unopened goods, once goods have been opened we cannot accept them back.
If goods are returned as being faulty then we will exchange them free of charge.
